committee members, and initiate the meetings to discuss agenda

The Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks is hosting the
second Mid-Atlantic Wheelchair Softball Championship on July 22nd
and 23rd in Baltimore City. There is no entree fee. This should be a
really fun tournament. We have access to an air-conditioned gym for
teams to get out of the sun (and maybe shoot some hoops while
waiting for their game), a bocce court as well as an outdoor
community swimming pool. Our field is a nice field although the
right field fence is short. The field is a converted tennis court.
We're expecting four to six teams for the two day event. A
registration form will be available during the first week of May.
